On Wednesday 17th May there is a bit of fun to be had, which includes a very modest amount of exercise, coupled with the testing of our powers of observation in the form of a walking treasure hunt within the town centre. Either roll up as a team of fur persons, or be prepared to socialise and join with others at the start to form a team of four.  Teams will set off at 5 minute intervals between 6.30pm and 7.0pm (approx).

The event will commence within the town market bull ring and will conclude outside the New Inn, where refreshments can be purchased.  The overall distance is quite short, the furthest point being the graveyard of the parish church.

There is a prize for the winning team and a consolation prize for the less gifted.
